Partner program terms
Version 1. Effective 10 October 2026.
Read these terms before you apply. When you tick the box on the application form, you agree to them.
1. The program
- The IELTS Karo partner program is operated by Prep Karo (Private) Limited ("IELTS Karo", "we"). "You" are the person or business that applies to the program.
- As a partner you send students to IELTS Karo with your own referral code or link.
- These terms apply from the moment you send your application. They continue while your partner account is open.
2. Who can join
- The program is for consultants, academies and teachers who are in Pakistan and can receive payment in Pakistani rupees (PKR) in a bank account in Pakistan.
- An application is a request. We can accept or refuse an application, and we do not have to give a reason.
- The data in your application must be correct. Tell us when it changes.
- You open your partner account from the invitation that we send to the email address in your application. The invitation is for you only.
3. Your mode and your rate
- Each partner has one mode: commission or discount. You cannot have the two at the same time.
- In commission mode, the student pays the list price and you earn a percentage of the first payment of that student.
- In discount mode, the student gets a percentage off the first payment. You earn no commission.
- We set your mode and your rate when we approve you. The rate is usually between 10% and 25%. Your partner dashboard shows your mode and your rate.
- We can change your mode or your rate. We tell you by email before the change. A commission that is already recorded keeps the rate that it had.
4. How a student is counted as yours
- A student is counted as yours when the student signs up with your referral link or code, or adds your code before the first payment.
- You get one active referral code.
- A student can be counted for one partner only. The first valid code applies. Only IELTS Karo can change this.
- You cannot use your own code on your own account, and you cannot earn from your own purchase.
5. What counts for commission or discount
- Only the first subscription payment of a student counts. Later payments and renewals do not count.
- The first payment must be made within 12 months of the date on which the student was counted as yours.
- Only payments in PKR through our local payment provider, or a bank transfer that we record, count. Payments by international card do not count.
- Commission is a percentage of the price of that first payment. We calculate each amount. Our records are the basis for each amount.
6. Hold period and payouts
- A new commission stays on hold for 14 days. After the hold it becomes payable.
- We pay in PKR by bank transfer to the account that you give us. You must give correct bank data. We are not responsible for a payment that fails because of incorrect data.
- We pay when your payable balance is at or above the minimum payout amount. We tell you this amount, and we can change it.
- We deduct the tax that the law of Pakistan tells us to withhold. Your payout record shows the gross amount, the tax and the net amount.
- You are responsible for your own taxes on the money that you earn.
7. Refunds and corrections
- If a payment is refunded, the commission for that payment is cancelled.
- If we already paid that commission to you, the amount is deducted from your next payouts.
- We can cancel or correct a commission that was recorded by mistake, or that came from fraud or from a breach of these terms.
8. How you must promote IELTS Karo
- Be honest. Do not promise a band score, a visa, an admission or any other result.
- Tell students that you are an affiliate partner of IELTS Karo. Our signup page also shows this to a student who uses your link.
- Do not send spam. Do not use paid advertisements on the name IELTS Karo or on names that look like it.
- Do not use false accounts, your own accounts, or payments that you make for other persons to earn commission.
- Do not say that you are IELTS Karo, an employee of IELTS Karo, or an official IELTS test centre.
- Use the name and the logo of IELTS Karo only to promote IELTS Karo, and do not change them.
- Obey the laws that apply to you.
9. Student data
- Your dashboard shows the email address of each student in a masked form. We do not give you the name, the full email address or the phone number of a student.
- Do not try to get the personal data of students from IELTS Karo by any other method.
- We use the data in your application to operate the program, to contact you and to pay you.
10. Your relation with IELTS Karo
- You are an independent partner. You are not an employee, an agent or a business partner of IELTS Karo in the legal sense.
- You cannot make an agreement or a promise in the name of IELTS Karo.
11. Suspension and end
- You can leave the program at any time. Send an email to us.
- We can suspend or close your partner account at any time, with a notice by email.
- If your account is closed without a breach, we pay the commissions that are payable at that time, after the hold period and above the minimum payout amount.
- If your account is closed because of fraud or a breach of these terms, unpaid commissions are cancelled.
12. Changes to the program and to these terms
- We can change or stop the program. We can change these terms.
- When we change these terms, we publish a new version on this page with a new version number and date, and we tell you by email.
- If you continue in the program after the date of a new version, you accept that version.
13. Liability
- We supply the program as it is. We do not promise a number of students, an amount of income, or that the service is always available.
- To the extent that the law permits, the liability of IELTS Karo to you is not more than the commission that is payable to you and not yet paid.
14. Law
- The laws of Pakistan apply to these terms. The courts of Pakistan decide a dispute that we cannot solve together.
